Findanexpertonline.com offers options to all listings and advertisers/companies wanting to add images, logos and banners to their listing or advertisements in order to have their listing standout more to visitors. It's an option that can be upgraded or cancelled at any time.

REFUNDS

Other than a refund because we refuse to allow your listing, Findanexpertonline.com does not offer refunds of any kind due to the fact that we offer unlimited clicks, views of the listings and use of our merchant system, contact us forms and many other services. You can cancel your listing at anytime by logging in and selecting the Cancel Listing Button or contacting us via the online form. Once validated that it is your business, we will cancel your account. Any balance of time or days remaining is removed from the balance of the listing.

RANKING / SEARCH ENGINES

Findanexpertonline.com does not promise in any way that your listing will improve your ranking or search results on other search engines in any way. We have no control over what other search engines may place on our or your website listing or what page result it shows up on. The Findanexpertonline.com directory is open to search engines to index our website and listings and those third party engines grab your public information like company name, address, phone, cell and anything else that is placed in the directory by you or Findanexpertonline.com via email order to us, forms you fill out, or forms that Findanexpertonline.com fills out.

RIGHTS

Findanexpertonline.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any business with or without reason. Just as you have the right to request your listing be removed from our directory. Your account will be set inactive until validated, and then removed completly from our database. This is done manually by Findanexpertonline.com.

THE SERVICE

Subscription to this directory is offered only to individuals who provide a password and a username. Findanexpertonline.com will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's password and username. The User hereby agrees and confirms that Findanexpertonline.com shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the User's failure to comply with this paragraph. Findanexpertonline.com reserves the right to limit, deny or create different priorities to different users or to change the Service and/or all of its features and/or to change, upgrade, modify, alter, limit or terminate the Service at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice and for any or no reason at its sole discretion.
